Didn't he threaten that guy who seemed like Captain America and Superman's illegitimate child, that he would start a war with the superhero community if his dog was hurt?

Lunatik owns surfer with his own board

Yes he did say that. And the love child you are referring to was called the Homelander.

Surfer nearly kills himself destroying a moon.

Haha.

That Surfer showing reminds me of that Dark moon showing.

Superman wasn't amped, the moon was travelling at a high speed and superman wasn't nearly killed by the impact.

If you're reffering to the Shadow Thief issue Supes was going close to lightspeed (not the moon) and was KOed IIRC.

Knocked the hell out. He's getting the kryptonian showing (where it took the entire kryptonian race to move the moon back in orbit) and the shadow moon showing mixed up.

Superman wasn't amped but he was exerting himself to the limit, flying at near light speed to gain realistic effects (See Infinite Mass Punch) so he could hit a lot harder then with regular force. The process did knock him out however.

This is only a bad showing in the eyes of people who think Superman goes around bench pressing planets. Most writers probably have Top Tiers topping at around Mountain busting level from what I've seen. Still, rarely do you see one so explicitly fail at a task. Usually when the writer even puts a character, especially one like Superman, in a position where they have to move a moon, they do so, albeit with effort.

That Brainiac ship attempt is a far worse showing imo.

The moon was travelling too.

It was a magical moon created by Neron amped Shadow Thief.

Neron-amped, or Starbreaker-amped? 😉

I know, yet I give Supes speed in that showing way more relevence than the moon's.
because: near lightspeed >>>>>> said speed of the moon

That moon was travelling near light speed wrapped in a sunstone relativistic bubble. That's not a low showing at all. Superman's powers were drained when he tried to stop brainiac's ship.

LoL.

Like its a sin for Superman to get knocked out for busting a moon with his face.

Shadow Thief gained his powers from Neron since Underworld Unleashed.

Superman pulverized a moon going at a high speed. You have to take its momentum in consideration.

Guys don't start this up again.

@Rage.

Are you talking about the Brainiac showing where him, Supergirl, and Superboy tried stopping Brainiac ship but failed and the spikes from the ship nearly killed Superman?
