RIP Damian Wayne.

Grodd was freed from the Speed Force by the Crime Sydnicate somehow. Probably their Flash did it, since it was shown he can dematerialize bodies. He can use the Speed Force to move objects and of course move fast and maybe even fly.

He's now a telepath as well.
