Honestly, most girls like to be chased. They want you to win them over, like they're some prize to be won.
Some girls are worth chasing. The ones that make it harder for you, aren't worth it.
The moment you start not caring (or at least appearing not to care) about them saying no, is the moment they start respecting you. You have a life, do other shit. Tell them you're busy even when you're not.
