I actually think he's just as durable as he used to be, Harley just consumed that pill that gave everyone Superman level strength and durability (it doesn't make sense though that Green Arrow's arrows would actually hurt him). Superman theorized that it would kill him (it wasn't truly proven).

Yeah, Atom was beating the shit out of Supes--he was about ready to deliver the killing stroke, in fact--until Dianna breached his containment shell with her sword, forcing him to detonate.

Diana is such a dick in alternate realities. I really wish that Atom would have somehow reformed or survived the explosion just so that he could be in the game (he would have made an awesome character).
