depends on the arc. SFIII third strike he's lifting a pretty hefty boulder that Oro is sitting on wondering if Ryu will be a challenge in the next 50 years or so. Also we know he has the potential to go further as Dark Hadou Ryu can challenge Akuma whose strength range seems to be whatever he damn well pleases.
