Technically he killed everyone, so sure.

It's been a while, but I think he had Void's Creation Engine power in him (sometimes called the Creation Wheel as well). I might be wrong. Universal-level nonsense usually involved the Creation Wheel in WS. I'd have to dig up the arc in my collection to be certain.

Those two showings are non canon.

Asura though is a star buster without even trying while on his last leg, and literally one arm left.

In his final form, he's so much more.

If you are, then Ryu took on a guy that took out Waizen. Waizen was bigger than the Earth itself.

Also, those showing are non canon to the Street Fighter series, but Canon to Asura's Wrath series, minus Oni Akuma.

Uuummm, I am saying that the scenes Rage posted, we have to take it as an average for the characters since that's the only thing we can base it off of. I can not see a herald on average doing anything those two/three did during that fight. So I'm saying they are above the AVERAGE High Herald. Hell, the Akuma kicking Ryu through a warp portal without even being powered up is an above Herald ft.
