The soup got pissed in when Loeb came onboard and did Ultaimtes 3. I dont think he actually read anything but a synopsis of Ultimates 2 or 3 so he completely missed Millar's tone and approach. It was basically the 616 Marvel Heroes except they could do edgy things like incest.

When Millar came back i loved the not too subtle in comic nod to the fact that Loeb had Loebbed the Universe he helped create:

Not that I've read everything Loeb has written, but of the comics of his that I have read, they were all bad.

Bendis gets a lot of crap and Cataclysm was horrible, but his Ultimate Spider-Man was pretty damn good.

Loeb was a beast before his son caught a case of the death

After that, everything had to pay

Wow Joker would probably make life a living hell for Catwoman after that

He already had in that comic. This was her payback for what he did to her.

Oh ok never read that one.

death of the family?

I loved the Outsiders comic where Luthor teased Joker about how Batman would always love Catwoman more than him.

Just realised it wasn't the right art style
