Pretty sure it's non-canon. Can only think of one time he seriously messed with the fourth wall and started killing his readers but that was a non-canon solo issue that had nothing to do with the main plot of his series, neither does this one. 99,9999% of time his wall breaking comes down to joking comments about a guy with the typewriter that controls everyone's life. Usually it's explained with him being crazy. He's never used it to win a fight.
And he's never pulled anything like that in his main series. Volume 1 (Kelly's run), Cable & Deadpool, current run, even Way's run. Not once. And those are most of his appearances.

He DOES use it to justify his actions.
