Lol just drop it carvy, unless you wish to close the thread.

Lol? This comic isn't about going all out or something which would explain his poor showings . His powers are going nuts and he's melting down, like some kind of reactor, about to explode.

Tbh, cracking a hemisphere is pretty weak sauce if you want to start drawing parallels with WWH and World Breaker.

Green Scar while weakened and not nearly as angry held the plates of Sakaar and stopped it from cracking in half or whatever. IIRC it was said Hulk could wreck a planet on his way to Sakaar.

So yea, Superman is pretty powerful. Nearly as powerful as Pak's weakest Hulk. 😂

Seriously, why would you guys start comparing Pak's Hulk and Superman? Jeph Loeb I would understand, but Pak? Setting yourselves up for a loss.

Anyways this isn't the thread for this.

Why are you asking me to explain the thinking process of the writer? All I know is that: Huntress said he would meltdown. Superman outright said he would explode. He even starts radiating energy from his orifices.

The intention was quite clear to me but feel free to disagree.

That's the thing. No one ever said it was a low showing. At least I don't think. It would be stupid to call it that. In fact, it is pretty cool.

But for some reason, for a select few, cracking a hemisphere wasn't enough and we needed to start drawing comparisons to Pak's Hulk. It's not a horrible showing, but pretending it's something that it's not is bullshit.

Not nearly the same thing.

Trying too hard there as usual. The nanites made him weaker actually.

So he was weaker than usual with all that nanites in his body. And he was about to crack the hemisphere, not destroy it with power like you're suggesting.

Power Girl actually detonated and had Superman infect with the same nanites which caused his invulnerability to fluctuate.

The nanites were actually shutting down his and PG's powers.

It wasn't actually "Superman literally explodes from energy." That much is clear now.

She also did the same thing as Superman was doing and no comments about hemisphere cracking or shit.

Even Pak had agreed that the scenes in WWH and this issue were likely the same.

😬

Lol...He didn't say they were the same at all. He is talking about possibilities and how you can view it. Then, Superman almost exploding from the inside out doesn't have a thing to do with someone taking a footstep and causing massive destruction. Two different things. Then...did Superman achieve any of that or are we going by statements again from a character that Superman himself said doesn't have any idea on his power.

You all are trying to find anything to put Superman on Hulks level physically. It ain't happening.

😂

Anyway, the notion that superman was somehow had more power than usual is pretty much false. Why they were about to explode had to do with the fact that their invulnerability was gone and they couldn't contain even that diminished level of power.

Yeah, Superman has been stated to be the cause of destruction of earth in both Pak and Lobdell's comic in the this month alone.

Not hard to see where its leading up to. What's more interesting though that Pak established Doomsday as "Superman level strength" just after he escaped Phantom Zone.

Interesting.

So Superman/Doomsday are Ollie-level in strength?

Hmmm

I think Black Widow is owned in above scan.

What's Black Widow doing in a DC book.

Stop misinterpreted shit just to make Superman look good. No where in thAt scan does it say Superman would destroy shit.

What it means is that, when shit goes down, Superman won't be able to do make the hard decisions.

A good ex. DD attacks Earth, but Superman because of his morals refuses to kill him when he gets the chance, but he refuses because of his morals. So in effect, by him not choosing to end DD, DD would be left to go rampart in start killing.

That's what that scan meant.

Interesting.

What are you trying to do? We can all read the scan I posted. If you disagree, its your problem and this is not the thread to discuss it.

Look what Hickman did very recently - Marvel's version of JLA. Shameless.

PS. DC copying the f*cking Predator was awful, too.

Who are Marvel's JLA?

Lol Namor is Aquaman?

Probably, yes. And the heat vision guy is Sunman or whatever he's called - yet another Superman clone.

Hulk gets drained so badly, he gets reverted back to Banner:

This drain is so severe, even later, Banner is unable to Hulk out, even 'if I wanted to'.

I believe they called him "Sun God".

the armored guy is the Rider. he's literally wearing a dark knight suit and Sungod specifically called him wayne. Their team name is J.U.S.T.I.C.E . Yeah, they're shameless ripoff of the Justice League

Why are you throwing a tantrum?

From what I've read, he was going to explode and crack the hemisphere with it. Nothing about your scans contradicts this development.

At best, your scans prove that the nanites were negatively affecting his powers but they do not affect my main position in the slightest.

Although I'm sure if I want to get the real picture, I should read the arc for myself.
