not saying all that cause street fighter lore is secondary to the game's balance and control scheme, fighting game tournaments are always anchored by street fighter all around the world since their inception cause of this fact. i just don't find the comic very satisfying

mortal kombat does put more into their story so i guess that's good for them, but i'm about game play so street fighter has that in the bag, just saying i wish the sf comic reflected how good the fights can be even with characters that are unimportant to the story

Yeah. The scan looked awful. If people want to read a good SF comic they should just read the udon comics. Or since I think its the same guys maybe just start from the early 00s issues. Those were solid.

Sun Wukong is back in the Marvel U,.

This is good.

Work, social responsibilities etc effect how much time I have so I cant really dedicate a huge about of time to any one thing. With games I have to be at least interested in the characters (even fighting games ) so a story as played out as street fighter falls by the wayside for me.

that makes no sense. street fighter is just pick up n play so you have time. no real story to take time, right? 😐 it's an arcade machine main attraction so a long story isn't a factor

you like mortal kombat more, basically. street fighter is a tighter controlled game and pro's will tell you that it plays better

Street Fighter >>> Mortal Kombat by a lot.

SF pretty much ruined my enjoyment of MK. I was done with MK9 as soon as I finished the campaign.

Oh and SF's story is ok. Its just that Capcom sucks balls at telling it lol.

Street Fighter is a more technically advanced fighter. It has a deeper fighting system, and requires much more effort to even come close to mastering.

As far as the other stuff goes... It's all gonna be personal enjoyment in the end. I actually prefer MK, but that's me.

MK 9 was great but the whole fighting system still feels clunky.

That's not the case at all. It requires a whole lot of time to be ok (I know people who play at the tournaments stating they average out 50 hours a week just to be decent). How is that not time consuming couple with with an uninteresting storyline that hasn't changed in 20 years?

You guys are welcome. 👆

I like Dream Police so far. It has a very intriguing take on the cosmic/abstract and arcane/obscura.

50 hours a week is for people who are willing/want to enter tournaments or become serious at it. You can enjoy the game at lower levels just fine. The fact the gameplay has more depth is a plus, not a con. By decent they probably mean "good." It just so happens that most of the community considers themselves just "ok" when they compare themselves to the Daigos, Justin Wongs and Sakonoko's. Me? I'd say I'm pretty good. Not tournament lvl good, mind you, but good. I play with my friends who are less experienced than me and they still have fun with the mechanics. And if you ask me story means nothing to people who want to enter tournaments. lol.

Injustice's a much better fighting game than MK 👆
