So Rogue stopped him with Hulks power and Sentry stopped him as well. Great strength showing considering the size the Celestial is.

No it's very clearly the real Hulk, the imposter Bruce Banner is in SHIELD custody, Tony pretended he was the real Bruce Banner so he could use the real Bruce in the Illuminati.

It was pretty clear. That's why the alternate Bruce is drugged so he can't tell SHIELD he is not the real one.
