Read your own scans.
Banner says he'll use the serum sparingly. And the serums only transforms him from Hulk to Banner or vise versa. He didn't use it in this fight. The Superman clone just knocked him out.

Beast injects him with the serum and he says OW afterwards. Stop it rage....just stop. After the injection he explains the outcome which is, if he goes green he reverts back to Banner.
After taking the serum, they land there to talk to Sun god and the crew. Would you like to discuss this another day Rage because your not sering things correctly today. I think we should.

Yes, the serum can turn him into Banner if he loses control but that's only IF they use it and they use it sparingly.
You're saying it'll turn him into Banner every time he Hulks out. That doesn't even make any sense and defeats the purpose of the thing which was to weaponize the Hulk while having an off switch.

Nothing was stated that he couldn't turn into the Hulk. He just couldn't go green. He does have other persona and colors rage. Lol.

Lol...where did you get the activation part from? Did you just make that up rage? Once injected, it's in play from there.
What else would it mean, calm with rage? When he's green, he is usually in a rage. If he is green and is calm while green, lol, what's the point of the injection. Hulk is usually pissed when he is green since it takes rage to get him at that point.
