Well the cube still had enough power to knock around thanos like nothing. Thanos seem to want the cube as well, saying he could save all of them with it. Seems like the cube still had substantial power in it.
Also isnt this the place people like to throw around the phrase "Half of infinity , or a portion of infinity is still infinity" 🙂

I'll be the first to point out the true tragedy of Thanos fans - Carver is right.Arguing that Nova hurt him because noob Quill attacked him with the weakened cosmic cube is downright retarded, and if the situation were reversed, carver would be laughed off the thread.
The Thanos showing cannot be excused and, in fact - doesn't have to be. An all-out mid-herald (which Nova is) should hurt him, there's no doubt about that. High-showing for Nova, moderate-towards unfavorable showing for Thanos.
Only the ignorant ones who see Thanos as Odin level should be sad.
It's simple really. He smiled off two attacks from the cube, why didn't he do the same when Nova and Drax attacked. Simple concept tbh. He didn't even scream out in pain when he was hit with the cube but yet when Nova and Drax hit him...
Still don't think the showing is terrible for Thanos, it just tells us Nova isn't a slouch.
Man you guys are spamming the heck outta this thread with one issue. Nova looked good. Thanos looked even better ultimately tanking 4 cube shots. Who the fukk does that? Oh wait.. He does. He's taken on a cube being in Maker and won.
