Carver is going to love this interview:
I love writing both sides: real people with real-sized problems -- like getting punched in the face -- or superheroes who have the kind of family drama that can shatter worlds. In the upcoming weekly series, there is more than enough superhero action to go around. I mean, planets will literally be shattered. And the contrast between the levels of action is stark. One of my favorite moments is when Mister Terrific and Sandman just give each other a holy mackerel look when they see real gods fighting..
Seeing as he likes planets being destroyed. 😛

I'm not even a Spidey fan, per se, but this book has been awesome.
Holly sh!t the Morlun family. That's scary. So that guy's been wearing the mask for centuries? I sense a story of redemption (possible sacrifice) and some sort of major revelation.

Who had this Earth-1 Earth-2 Earth-320932389048 concept first DC or Marvel?
Probably DC. Maybe the inception point is similar, but they were the first to really exploit it for large-scale stories. They were cleaning up multiversal crises while Marvel was still just hinting at it. And they were doing smaller stories well before that, with things like the cosmic treadmill bridging Earths 1 and 2 back in the Silver Age. I'd be shocked if Marvel had a working multiversal structure before then.

Maybe it's time for Disney to buy DC and merge the two Universes, they use almost the same concept anyway ^^.

You mean in comics? I guess when it comes to herald battles but streets I like Marvel better. Also DC definitely sh!ts on Marvel when it comes to cartoons and animated films. But that's marvels fault for canceling all the good shows.
Not just Herald battles imo, overall. Their street level battles are better. I'm talking about DCNU, not DC. Sometimes Marvel does have good street battles, I just think DC is more consistent.
