Seems inconclusive, could've just been a jump. But w/e. Does he still have his weather powers? If Storm's command of the winds allows her to fly, certainly Thor could duplicate it.

He still should as well as his earth powers, but we don't know if they removed them or not. They still should be there...but... it's Marvel

He should. At least to an extent. Young Thor was calling down lightning in Aaron's run. However, Aaron did make it a point that Thor was unable to fly without Mjolnir. In fact, it's explicitly stated in the comic.

IN older comics Thor would fly and do weather stuff without Mjolnir. I think it's in the Thor Respect thread.
