Move along Carver. Save it for the threads.

We weren't given a 'why' or a 'how', but Supes was definitely trasported to the Bizarro-verse in this issue:

And given that continuity evidently doesn't exist there, everything that happened for no discernible reason(DD randomly appearing, Bizarro randomly being cured of the virus, etc.) can be attributed exclusively to the Bizarro-verse's unique "don't do logical" cosmology. IMO.

You are not getting such a simple idea. It's not a Canon story in any sense.

Lobdell is going to write Doomsday for a whole series soon. I'll enjoy carter's tears.

Straight past continuity? What do you think that means? Eddie Berganza said this was just to poke fun at earlier stories in an interview.

😐

It means that continuity does not apply/exist in the universe he went to. Hence why impossible shit was happening all around him.

Eh, that's one way to look at that. But even if your interpretation is taken, nothing from this story can be used for in continuity characters since it's without continuity. It's a head scratcher for sure.

Take it this way Carver, superman destroyed two "cheese moons" yet doomsday was unaffected by the same strikes. How does that makes you feel?

Oh I absolutely agree.

Canon Supes.. Looked canon to me. Busted a square moon via blitz with ease to. Still didn't save the story. Pak 👇

The story was fine for what it was, a spoof.

Isn't a spoof.

Yeah, I wouldn't call it a spoof either.

It was a canon story that took place in a canon universe where the laws of continuity simply do not apply... Where the impossible becomes possible. If that alone were enough to 'de-canonize' a comic, then pretty much any book Mxy has ever appeared in would also be non-canon, as regular continuity has never applied to him.

Today, March 10, in the year of our Lord, 2015, Odin was pimp-slapped!

PIMP-SLAPPED

Thank you Marvel!

The writer and editor disagrees.

No different from a 616 character operating in a different universe.

Anybody mention how they retconned the sh1t out of Cosmic Odyssey in the last issue of Green Lantern Corps?

No? K, carry on then.
