Character Ownage

Its pretty ridiculous to have a race of being equal to or greater than the LT.

I'm fine if this is just foot soldiers, or if the other three devolped special conditions to do what they did.

Knowing Hickman? It's probably going to be love between Thor and Hyperion which made Beyonders weaker or some shit.

Hickman was hyping the crap out of Validator and her powers of evolution. Did he kind of forget her story?

Well, the comic did mention the Beyonders were in "solid state" and could be changed. Ex Nihilo particularly mentioned they were malleable.They said it contained their essences so I think it's like a shell they wore to appear to the Multiversal Avengers.

That suggests that the Beyonders aren't quite that powerful in the state they were when they faced Thor and co.

I dunno. On the one hand, there are obviously numerous plausible explanations, some of which have been mentioned. On the other hand, forum butthurt across the internet is probably at an all-time high. What I really want is for the backlash and questions to make Hickman go all "turn down for what?!" and declare that Thor-perion and Co. just trashed true Beyonders.

Then again, this event still has promise. So I'm conflicted.

Those Beyonders looked nothing like the 3 we seen beforehand. Looked like transformers. Still a beastly showing for Thor and Hyperion though. Also, Exni, does anyone know his power level, let alone the entire race. That hasn't been gauge yet and they brushed off a freaking super nova like it was nothing. The entire race. How can we judge if it's a low showing for the soldiers if we have no idea on how powerful the race is that turned them into trees?

Well we know their below abstracts and of course the living tribunal yet the beyonders had no issues with them

It's a drastic low showing compared to what we first saw of the beyonders

I wonder if Validator will evolve someone like molecule man to fight the beyonders

Captain America and the Mighty Avengers had a nice little thing about the Beyonders last week. Which goes back to Nextwave.

Also I need some validation that Validator was even a character. Talk about dropping a character completely. Same with Captain Pie

She joined the avengers and was never seen or mentioned since. Oh well. She was a pretty bland character. Her dad was far more interesting

They hyped up her story and did nothing with her (to date)

The other scans I left out are Thor, Hyperion, Abyss, Ex Nihilo, Starbrand and Nightmask on an abandoned Mapmaker world. They discover a husk of a Mapmaker and find a map to the location of the Beyonders realm. Nightmask uses his abilities to teleport them there which ends up with them appearing in the first scan posted.
