I think hes more trying to imply that the Beyonder's might be especially effective against Cosmic type beings.
Anyway if only the Avengers had brought the Hulk along - they would have totally ****-stomped the Beyonders.

The issue itself had ex nihilo state that the beyonders took a physical shape, one which could easily be destroyed....
Yeah, that certainly isn't an explanation by any stretch of the word... Unless we assume that taking-on physical form inextricably depowered the Beyonders by several orders of infinity... Which makes no f*cking sense either. srsly
I'm going to assume they weren't on the same level as the three Beyonders who steamrolled the hierarchy until I have a legitimate reason to assume otherwise. Thanks to Pym's distinction, we know that some Beyonders are FAR more powerful than others. We also know that the two Beyonders who confronted the Avengers, as well as the army of Beyonders that confronted Thor/Hyperion, looked FAR different than the three who killed the hierarchy. Given this, I'm not really sure why on earth some people are automatically assuming those Robo-Beyonders were "LT-wreckaz!!1111!"..? Not saying that wasn't Hickman's intent, but until we know more, the flaming and whatnot seems pretty baseless/pointless/stupid/childish.

This is a lot of conjecture being assumed as fact. Call it PIS and be done with it, guessing that these Beyonders are suddenly far weaker or different is something I don't like because it's warping of evidence to our preferred power level hierarchies.
And the real kicker is that I think the 2 (Out of the 3) Beyonders we saw wipe out the Cosmics are literally the ones facing Thor/Hyperion:
Apparently one of them died off panel though as they said 2 still stand. I'm guessing those 3 were initially sent from the Beyond to ready the experiment.
And the difference in appearance is due to artists as we can see by the above scan.
People need to stop tripping, I'm sure some form of explanation will be given. Or it might not.
Originally posted by Rage.Of.OlympusRage, don't put words in my mouth. I didn't state anything as 'fact'(like you just tried to do.) To the contrary, I stated that Hickman's intent may very well have been for Thor/Hyperion to contend with an army of Beyonders whom were each on par with the 'hierarchy-wreckers' featured in issues prior. I am simply saying that as of right now, I personally don't think it makes sense to assume they are on the same level, based on what we know...

First off is Pym's distinction that some Beyonders(namely the three who destroyed the abstracts) are FAR more powerful than others:
ie. Not all Beyonders are created equal.
Secondly, the first time we saw the three Beyonders who wrecked the hierarchy, they looked like this:
In the next issue, under a different penciler, they looked like this:
In the next issue, they looked like this:
...All very consistently illustrated.
Yet in the latest issue, they looked VASTLY different... Tech-like:
That certainly doesn't seem like simple illustrator-error to me... That looks like a different sort of being/unit all together, imo.
But again: Hickman may have very well intended them to each be operating at abstract-wrecking levels. Hopefully we'll know for sure in the next issue(s). But right now I see no reason to automatically assume the Beyonders featured in NA #32 were on par with the three featured in issues prior. This is not fact, this is my opinion, and as such is subject to change.
Although regardless of what we find out, it's still f*cking stupid.

This explains how the Beyonders went down so "easily"; obviously Superman was involved somehow.
You're welcome House of El.

Thor is Beyonder-kryptonite.
You're welcome Thorbags.
