Well Tony must have gotten an 'upgrade' because Reed used to be significantly smarter than Tony. Nowhere days everyone is smarter than Reed. Sounds like BS to me.

Actually, Extremis Tony used to theorize that Reed might be smarter only because of his superpower affecting his brain - like his Ultimate counterpart.
PS. Reed is dumb as hell, an average street can beat him with his/hers bare hands. Tony is better than that, ffs.
