Huge difference between parkers rogues and batman. Sandman, hydroman, rhino, electro, are in the high meta low herald range they just happen to be idiots. Most of Bruce's foes are street level geniuses or atleast extremely cunning.

Fair point but its not like MOST of Spidey's rogues are out of his league or should be either. Its just a handful of really powerful ones. The majority of his rogues can be backhanded into a coma.

Imo most are atleast powerwise, i can only think of vulture offhand but he was never a threat

Spider-Man's rogues gallery is HUGE though and filled up with a TON of riff raff small time villains with a grudge. But the one main physical aspect that levels the playing field with the more powerful ones are Spider-sense+ speed. Sandman cant get past that. Rhino sure cant, not ock. Most of his rogues have no answer for it. Except venom and Electro who's attacks SHOULD be too fast.

Not to mention, his strength level which increases exponentially when under stress, it would seem.

This is y i don't give Parker as much props as others. His rogues are incredibly powerful jobbers. Electro, hydroman, sandman etc...he should've been dead
