People were suspecting Ross quite early, only the lack of mustache and him already appearing as a Hulk in a what if prevented fans from being certain.

Very predictable. The story hinted at Roz which is why people were thinking it may be her but when it was first announced Jane was the obvious (and poor) choice.

After the last few issues of Whor, it definitely seemed like Roz was going to end up being Whor... Which would have least been a better choice than Jane. srsly

Not only would it not be new or interesting (how many years now has marvel given us of edgy, off kilter versions of our favorite heroes again?) Enchantress as a character doesn't line up at all with the She Thor personality we've been seeing. Unless they changed her character, defeating the purpose altogether.
