Boxers brutalize and knock each other out in the process. Namor shattered every bone in his hand punching Thanos, and the best he could muster was a bloody lip from Thanos.

Strangely, despite breaking every bone in his hand (not that Namor has X-ray vision, but whateves) he was still able to replicate his first punch, and punch Thanos with the same hand, square on the jaw, and draw blood.

Namor can obviously draw blood from Thanos even with a broken hand.
