Yeah, in the first arc of Justice League, Darkseid KO'd Superman with a single burst of his OB. Moreover, the OB was technically at half-power, given that only one of the beams struck Supes(the other was sent after Flash.) After regaining consciousness an issue or two later, Superman+the JL managed to push Darkseid back through the Boom Tube--essentially BFR'ing him. After this 'defeat', Darkseid began killing shit-tons of Supermen throughout the multiverse, and created some sort of Frankenstein-esque Superman amalgam out of their 'parts'.
One-on-one, DCnU Darkseid is vastly beyond your standard Superman. This has been made abundently clear by Darky's showings in Constantine, and during his battle with AM.

He technically beat him in his first appearance in the new 52 and then went on to kill dozens of different versions of him in different universes. So what I'm trying to stay is you stink and you should feel bad about it
