We only saw Cage throw a single punch in the main miniseries. Tie-in showed the full fight. Cage punches Namor like twice, Namor gives him props, gets pissed, yells: "IMPERIUS REX" and one-shots him:

Also, that second scan seems like more of a feat for cage than namor. Namor recognizes the power emanating from cage's body and decided to use him as a weapon .

Also, I'd like everyone to notice that namor is the third leader of his own sovereign nation that says that cage is a badass

Wasn't Namor pretty even against combined Cage and Thing during the initial battle at Utopia?
