Im pretty sure Venom was used as a base for his design. Remember reading that back in 90's when Simmons first came around.

I didn't care for Spawn's Symbiote-esque facial features at first either... But it's honestly starting to grow on me. /shrug

What I do miss with Spawn is Kudranski's artwork. Larsen's art isn't bad by any means, but Kudranski's was just on another level. Absolutely superb.

That's Ryu at his base level so it means nothing. Ryu is a Japanese fighter character. That means he has 11 more levels of getting serious and finding inner strength to beat an opponent once the stakes are raised. Then there are 12 more for when his inner demons manifest in a fighting style.

meh. She said that he was holding back and when the opportunity to actually cut loose came, he passed it up in favor of giving her more advice. Also, now that snake eyes has beaten c viper, who's he gonna fight next?
