That doesn't really prove anything. I know you want to get under Carvers skin and all, but that feat just proves that Frank was operating at a far higher level, and Diana wasn't.

Hell, in that same scene, we see Hal with the freaking Krona Gauntlet being restrained. This is the same Hal that manipulated the Multviersal Source wall by himself, and made it look easy. The same Hal that beat Zero Hour Parallax.
