It's crazy that the Avengers sent one guy to take on Hyperion (Blue Marvel) during the Inhuman prediction but when the Inhuman pictured the Hulk, they sent the entire Avenger lineup and still thought that wasn't enough. If anyone in their right mind believe that Hulk is Herald tier and is not above that, they are drinking on a bottle of liquid cocaine.
Dont think anything was mentioned about Hulk being amp. Injecting himself doesn't mean it amped him, especially him injecting his human self. Hulk already doesn't have a limit of radiation stored in his body and then... heres the big one, they didn't even know he was injecting himself, they found out when the calvary was already there. Here is another big one, Banner doesn't and didn't even have the Hulk in him when they showed up; cho does.
Not remember the future scene where he was 20 feet tall? That's not standard hulk and banner said he was experimenting on himself hence why the hulk that killed the heroes was different. Pretty evident really. They didn't know he was Injecting himself but they all saw the giant hulk in their vision
Yes he was depowered but of course bendis ignored it. Such as marvel magic is dead but bendis has strange casting magic like nothing happened
Edit: correction much bigger then 20 feet

And they had a vision right after this where Hulk was normal size and killed the avengers. Also, lol, this isn't the first time Hulk became that huge. It's all based off rage. We still have to remember though and take into consideration...Banner did not have the Hulk in him. He still thought he did but he didn't.

Oh? what issue? As I honestly don't think I have seen it. When has Hulk ever gotten that big on his own power? You talking about the wish with red she hulk?
tie-ins showed Banner starting to transform. Bendis ignored that detail or he regained his powers during his experiments on himself

Naah, I'll post a showing for ya.
What make you say he ignored it though. Nothing dictates that.

What issue did they show the hulk scene where he killed the avengers and was normal size? I'm trying to find it myself and no luck. Civil war II #2 & 3 showed only giant version of hulk. Tie-in?
From interviews and tie-in showed a close up of his eye and his veins were green and his eye had that green shimer. But really if he truly was depowered then how come there is a vision of Hulk in the first place? I hope it turns out to be Cho, I really do.

Are you sure you saw a normal sized Hulk? There is a crap load of tie-ins, so chance I haven't seen it. However, in the main Civil War book and the tie-ins I have seen, it's giant HulkCaptain Marvel #8 showed it as well.
Not the scene I'm talking about but here is the scene where Hulk was humongous and in this scene it pretty much settles what we are talking about. The quote here states "the only reason Hulk is so large is due to his anger". Hulk becomes huge when pissed. This has always been common so seeing an abnormal Hulk, especially in this case or the secret wars situation isn't abnormal since he would have been highly enraged with the team attacking him.

Nothing tells us that the injections would've amped Hulk. The hero's are talking about Hulk, not an amped Hulk.
