Can someone post the Thor showing.

For some reason won't let me quote. But Phil posted them on page 3742 (second last post of the page). Sorry

I just recall mach 5 to 7 as the speed figure for a human body to burn up.

So thats what i was referring to. If those resultant temps can burn up a whole human body a tiny scalpel shouldn't stand a chance.

👆

It's a matter of semantics at this point, since it still puts her top speed multiple times even that of even the fastest street levelers. Finally a Thor I can comfortably put above Wolverine.

You can always count on me, carvie, my boy:

Great speed feat.

Thor had time to grimace in between each hammer blow.

Anyone posted Jane Thor/ Gladiator getting ragdolled by those Shiar gods?

I haven't seen the scan of that feat but by description it sounds completely moronic tbh. Impressive (speedwise) but completely idiotic even for comic standards.

Few pages back

I feel Philo needs a safe space from all these mean Thor feats.

How so? It wasnt a bad showing considering they are gods the likes of Glads worship and he didnt exactly fight back. Funny thing was reading Jane hadn't been hit that hard since Odin.

Her book, odinson, hulk and moon knight are the best books marvel has put out in awhile..moreso with hulk. The dialogue and plot is deep

Decent speed feat for jane thor.

She is the true thor, that much is clear now. I will stop adding the jane prefix from now on out of respect.

She is just Thor. The best Sub-Hulk level hero in Marvel.

I logged on this particular Wednesday afternoon to see this particular comment. I know it

Bless

Stainless steel melts at like 1500-1800 degrees Celsius. Shuttle atmospheric reentry is like 1700 Celsius. A cremation furnace never exceeds 1000 Celsius and they are designed to reduce a human to ash over a period of a couple hours.

She's moving fast enough to operate multiple patients and be invisible to the naked eye.

Nice scans 👆

The moment certain fans who woke up this morning and saw this feat.

Must be why they're dwelling on it so much.

the real question here is whether she's actually faster than odinson. The (real) thor has had feats of tagging quicksilver and blitzing people before, and Jane's just using his hammer that gives her "the power of Thor"; so the question becomes whether or not it's a transferable feat or whether it's the hammer itself that allows either of them to do that. It also seems that the ultimate hammer that Thor's going to pick up is just as (if not more powerful).

I'm reffering to the brain surgery part, that burned/melted the scalpel. Like I said I haven't seen the scan of that and I, for the most part, stopped reading Marvel except a few Spider-Man titles I plan to pick up soon. My complain wasn't towards the quality of the whole run, not even the wohle book, just that feat in particular if it happened.

A scalpel weighs ounces.

And as you said, it takes the furnace up to three hours to burn a body at those temps.

A human body would last longer than a scalpel at the same temperatures before being reduced to nothing is the point.

But see, a cross-section of human flesh with bone weighing the exact same would be vaporized in the same time it took to warp the scalpel if Jane was holding it. It would simply turn to a fine mist. Cremation furnaces shoot 3 jets of flame on the body, it's direct heat application not heat generation via air friction.

I'm glad you're so broken down psychologically, that Thor is now synonymous with Jane.

The compressed air from supersonic descennt around a spacecraft entering Earth's atmosphere is generally 8000 degrees Celsius.

👍. One thing Ive never got was if mjolnir bestows the power of thor onto characters not named thor why does thor himself fail so often without his hammer?
