I can understand you disliking Fraction, but... why Kyle and Yost are to blame? Don't tell me you're still not comfortable with Cyke sanctioning and giving orders to the X-Force squad?
You wanted him to sit in the corner when all of the X-Men resurrected villains were bent on exterminating the little that was left of mutantkind or what?

I have no problem with their being an X-Force. I have no problem with Cyclops initially setting it up. And the initially is important here, because there comes a point at which Cyclops should have wanted to shut it all down, yet he didn't.
It's one of the primary reasons his character was so ****ed.
And his characterisation even in the book itself when the concept wasn't so bad, wasn't great either.

Don't worry, I'm so used to the X-Men being treated like shit, I expect it half the time.
I just dont understand Marvels direction. I get it you wanna screw Fox over but Icemans gay, Cyclops is dead, Logan is dead, Beast is a traitor etc etc...teeney booper xmen from a discontinued timeline that cant go back to their past. Jean. God i hate Jean.
I can accept them shitting on the old xmen if they did something with the newer xmen. And i dont mean characters like Dust or Rockslide. I mean Jubilee or Marrow. Like that whole generation was forgotten

Heart of Monsters was good as well. Waid Hulk was a good read. Loved Doc Green story as well.
U cant be serious. Like what do you look for when you read a comic splash pages and onomatopeia? Youre definately not looking for a cohesive plot and dialogue

Honestly though, I think it's a problem of inconsistency, and of just picking bad writers. X-Men is, for better or for worse, a soap opera in a way, and as such it relies heavily on consistency. It's no coincidence that most of the best X-Men runs happen when you have one writer spend a ridiculous amount of time with them, or you have someone come in that knows the characters intimately.
It's much harder to write the X-Men than it is say, Batman or Captain America. As good as those characters are, they aren't as beholden to their history as the X-Men are. Hell, even to this day there are writers that still get their powers wrong.
When I was working on my Colossus respect thread, there's a ****ing paragraph and scan evidence about what his "insides" are made up of. I would never have to do that shit with Ant-Man. Hell, even in the Aquaman one I was working on, I had to write far less about the misconceptions about him.
I am not fan of Aquaman but back in the day I just to read Aquaman comics and they were actually pretty good
X-men were good too, but I kind of got tired of the emo teenager soap opera or maybe I just got to old to care about teenager stuff.
Hulk was ok. Hate the ending of wwh, I thought it was poorly executed and after that it was just a hulk fest with hulks popping out everywhere and in every color just to please the simple minded.
And I think X men will hardly get effort behind it until the movie rights return to Marvel. Same as FF.
