The arm and Hammer look terrible. I would have preferred if the arm was made out of Uru or some other material. The rest is ok (except for the helmet).

Comic book fans for the most part hate change. I am noticing this but Thor has always been great and his loss of the hammer was a great character evolving moment for me. I don't give one rats ass about anyone else's approval or disapproval of this. I will more than likely don the gold hammer to smite the Superman fans once more.

This is just a theory, but back in the godbutcher arc on gorrs homeplanet, two armored God's fell. A black one with the Necrosword and a gold one. I have a feeling that's what this is going to be because thy just left the gold one there and it was never mentioned again.
