meh, wouldn't be kmc if not for the typical over-reaction. i mean really, who gives a shit what he does in the future anyway? i find it interesting that king thor and maestro existed in the same future--whatever future this is supposed to be anyway. and that all the heroes were weaker in that future. i wonder if that was OUR (current) cap he punched? if so i wonder how far in the future this is supposed to happen? anyone know? the scene raises some interesting questions, but yeah, future-settings? who cares what he does.... /shrug

It’s about as consistent as Dragon Ball Supers power levels

It's a glorified what-if. But people like trolling, so it went for more than a few posts.

The salt in each page keeps on getting tastier 😂

They didn't exist in that timeline. That's why D i o n e was able to get away with so much in that weaksauce future.

Jesus... People are STILL going ape-shit over the Thanos scans!? Lol, some things never change...

Anyway, Kamandi meets Jack Kirby:

👆 the level of respect shown to Jack Kirby's creations brings a tear to my eye. Also good feat for him, resetting reality.

It was an excellent homage to Kirby... And the King himself was written like a true Supreme Being should be written. 👆

I'd have to ask Santa a time machine just to get your references friend.

Change your avi/sig one dozen times more today, Galan. It's getting boring.

Your cyber-stalking pleases me.

😂 😂 😂

The King is given the respect in death he was never given in life (But back then, in the dog eat dog environment that was comics, who was treated as they deserved?)

And how unfair is it that King Kirby lived when he lived, while a guy like Liefeld made out like a bandit because he came along in the "boom" years, and happened to be "likeable"?

Seriously, that's all I hear about why he was so successful. People liked him, the man knew how to make friends. If it wasn't for Kirby, who got NOTHING for his dedication (A pittance, but that's it), guys like Liefeld wouldn't have been able to sweep up.

Someone get a time machine and switch Kirby and Liefeld around, so the King could get his piece.

No need to hate on Liefeld. His art is whacky but he is a cool guy and he cursed Tom Brevoort's punk ass out. Brevoort is a huge part of why marvel sucks right now.

I'll cop to wondering what a Liefeld/Kirkman collaberation could look like.

The artist of excess meets the writer of excess.
