Cassidy from Preacher is probably the most well-developed of them all, but he's also a vampire that lived in Ireland a century ago, so ymmv.
Kyle is from LA, but his mother is Irish iirc.
Cyclops? I don't recall Corsair or the mother ever being said to be Irish.
Slaine is more Celtic than Irish, but he counts, sure.
