Superman isn't KOed.

He is just taking a nap because he bored himself to death. \o/

@JL King...

So his eyes being closed with him being laid out on the floor isn't proof of at the minimum, a flash ko?

Lol... look at this scan. This is what we are arguing about.

He is laid on his back with his eyes closed but he didn't get dropped.

Flash-ko happens a lot in comics.

Right Carv? Huehue

Few problems with that.

Hulk's still holding his hammer and we don't see what he's saying in the first panel because there's no sound in space. I bet it was the same runic shit he says in panels #2 and #3, not "uuungh" or whatever.

Indeed. 👆

Trinity #3- Konvikt punches Superman. Superman is down with his eyes closed. Issue ends. We are led to believe Supes was KO'd:

Trinity #4- In the very first page of this issue we find out that Superman was NOT KO'd, as he literally gets right back up immediately after being punched:

End of issue cliffhangers like this are used ALL THE TIME in comics... They don't mean shit. srsly

Anyway, please stop spamming this thread and stretching the pages (uhuh) with this ridiculous Superman nonsense. We have so much good stuff here, let's focus on that instead.

Parker... making deals with the devil bored him, so it's time to make deals with the greatest crimelord who ever lived:

Same thing happens in JLA/Avengers, with the next issue following up a seeming KO with "That was the first instant. This is the next" counter-attack.

I'm actually looking forward to the Damnation event.

Yeah. We could fill an entire thread with such examples.

Astonishing X-Men, Wolverine seems to have ended Danger and Ord... several pages later later, we see they're fighting back just fine. Whedon just wanted to finish a scene in a cool way before switching to other characters.

Wolverine standing victorious over Frankencastle (suckershot, cliffhanger) only to get pummeled in the next issue.

And so on...

Yes, he is KO.

There is no other interpretation possible.

That just mean that he was KOed and recovered while Wonder Woman was keeping Konvikt busy.

People being KOed can wake-up very fast.

You see that all the time in every boxing match.

You're acting as if carver reads comics, or understands what a cliffhanger means.

I can't see a mountain or a cliff in any of these scans, argument defeated.

It doesn't matter if that's the end of the issue.

He still was KOed.

I'm just seeing people searching excuses for their characters to disregard the feat.

😆

We've went back to back for days on this. You already know my thoughts on this showing.

Yep. Don't even know why Galan posted that scene. We don't even know what happened in between the time Konvikt knocked the S off his chest to the time the next issue popped up. People till this day say Konvict koed him.

Superman is KO on the next issue.

He is literally waking-up while Wonder Woman is fighting Konvikt...

I guess that Galan has some tunnel-vision. 😂
