to say that women are not disadvantaged to men despite all these things (and more), is actually the delusional path. you are not equal to a woman if you earn more, are richer and have never had the experience of being sexually assaulted or raped. they are therefore second class citizens because they have less opportunity and suffer institutional barriers to success. obviously it is not as bad in america as it is in more backward regions of the world but that does not remove america's flaws.

It's because they are smart and want to be happy. The work hours, unhealthy life balance and dedication is nearly religious of a CEO. It's hilarious watching polisci and theatre majors complain about the lack of female CEOs instead of actually asking the females who could qualify for the position. The nature of men and women is why we have more men that are homeless and more that are wealthy. Women are clustered near the average, men are extreme on both ends. They are also more tolerant of risk, function better with less sleep, more aggressive and more calm under stress.
Hilary Clinton was a terrible candidate. This isn't even a point. It's bullshit dominance tactics you can smell a mile away. I didn't win, it must be because I'm female *cries*. Which ironically drives the stereotypes even more.
This is a employer problem. It's not sexism, it's poor compensation.
For every piece of female objefication, there is a male one in the last decade. Go to 5 female strip clubs at random. You'll quickly realize that the only thing stopping women from being as sexually driven in public is social stigma.

Lol... you're doing too much. Which one is more damaging, me hitting Jarvis with a metal baseball bat with all of my strength or me grabbing Jarvis? One of these causes far more damage than the other.

Like smashing an egg with a bat, vs grabbing it. Sure, smashing it causes more damage....but it's a pretty tough egg if you can grab it without breaking it.
