To make her one would require even larger changes to her personality, imo. And they'd have to actually write her as a competent leader, which they haven't so far. It's a prime example of them telling rather than showing, and it just comes across as weak, imo.
She would easily fill the Wolverine role on any X-Men team, but they keep trying to shoehorn her in to other shit. Not to mention the awful way her relationship with Colossus has been portrayed.
I liked the Avengers issue. A lot actually. Women looked like women, there was talk about sex and luckily zero politics. The dialogue was amazing and clearly meta at times (talking about Coma Tony, Unworthy Thor and Hydra cap, or how Iron Man, Captain America and Thor are the core of the Avengers).
Something that surprised me, was that one of the dead celestials was... Arishem. I did not expect that. Arishem is usually one of the more prominent and powerful Celestials. Seeing him dead was kinda a big deal.

I really dug the drink between Tony, Steve and Thor, actually. Their dynamic as the big 3 avengers is great and I like when its acknowledged.
