The implications here, lol...

Was this the whole scene

Snyder’s such a hack.

He probably punched them out of reality from a distance.

OR Prime absorbed energy from the Source Wall when it broke(akin to when he absorbed the Guardian's power when he detonated.) And now we have a 'SW-amped' Prime... More powerful than ever.

Yes.

Lanterns get no respect

After tweaking the colors, the silhouette actually looks like Prime.

😂

I think that the Rogues just were ejected by the temporal energies they feared.

I think it's Prime and the villain feared by everyone is Mandrakke.

👆 I get the same feeling too.

i just pissed myself

Am I the only one, who thought that the guy in the end of FLASH #50 was Doomsday? Maybe a future, evolved version with intelligence and new powers. But when I saw the silhouette with the red eyes, I immediately had to think of DOS Doomsday in his green suit:

Also, I kindaaa liked parts of SUPERMAN #1. Him actually having to fly around and save people, while trying to do other things. The idea of him offering himself to lead the world to a better future. I liked that, because that's something I would expect from Superman comics, but I've never seen it really.
I've been very vocal about my dislike for Superman as a character. But at the same time one of my favorite fictional stories is from a Superman comic. So it's not just blind hate. It's more about expectations. And depending on how SUPERMAN unfolds Bendis might just be able to fulfill my expectations. I just hope that the garbage dialogue doesn't ruin it too much.

I've not read comics since Sentry had just got into Asgard with Strange. If somebody wouldn't mind could you give me a little update on what Sentry has done, what has transpired with him etc please?

- Strange went to Asgard to ask Odin for magic and had Sentry on his side in case something goes wrong.

- Something did went wrong and Strange asked Sentry to beat up a bunch of Asgardiands. Sentry did, while Strange went to Yggdrassil and offered the magic tree the corpse of his dog in exchange for power. Strange got the power upgrade and became the God of Magic. He said he was never that powerful.

- Strange went to face Sorcerer Supreme Loki and get his old Sorceror Supreme status as well the equipment back. They fought, Strange transmuted an entire dimension. Loki wasn't happy about that, because at that point there had to be a sacrifice for magic. And for magic that powerful the sacrifice had to be insane. It was revealed that a couple of other magicians / monks / whatever were paying for the magic with their lifeforce in the past, but for God of Magic Strange they had to take the Sentry. Sentry chilled out and took a nap, while covering for the used magic.

- Stranges assistant Zelma stopped the fight between Strange and Loki with a spell, that negated the magic. Loki still had the physical advantage over Loki and nearly one-shotted him with a punch. He wanted from Strange to open a sealed gate, because he believed there would be a certain spell behind it. Strange warned him, but Loki didn't listen.
Strange opened the gate. But the gate was keeping the Void sealed away. The Void possessed Strange and beat the shit out of Loki.

- Loki managed to drag Strange out of the Void and give him his God of Magic power back. They fought the Void, but didn't stand a chance.

- Meanwhile you saw a couple of sonic booms all over the world and the Sentry arrived at the scene. He started up beating the Void up, while Strange sealed him away again.

- Sentry attacked Strange, while screaming about how Strange had promissed that the Void wasn't a threat anymore. That he was lying to him and so on. He told Strange to never contact him again and left.

- There was a panel, where Sentry was fighting side by side with Strange against Thanos' forces. It was just a minor panel though.

- SENTRY #1. Read it.

There is no possible way to dislike Superman as a character and be a rampant Sentry supporter without being a mentally unstable edgelord.. but ok.

Where’s that from? Any roasting of Batman, it’s a good comic.

Justice League (New 52) #7 i think.

First of all: This is very ironic.

Second of all: That post embodies everything that is wrong with a significant part of this board. Instead of saying something along the lines:

"Hmm, that is a very controversial statement, Enzeru. Do you might explaining why you feel that way?"

, you resort to unnecessarily toxic behaviour. But in case this is all just a big misunderstanding, I would encourage you to read "Superman - Peace on Earth". In my opinion, that's the best Superman story ever written. And if Superman was written like that more often, I would like the character more.

There is nothing wrong with liking both Superman and Sentry.

Oh, please expound on this irony.

.. So you're implicitly admitting that you don't actually read Superman comics, like most of the people who complain about the character they know very little about in context. Because numerous mainstream runs definitely explore similar themes as Peace on Earth. Like Joe Casey's for example. or Maggin's run( read full length canonical stories Last Son of Krypton and Miracle Monday, as well as short story classics like Luthor's Gift and Starwinds Howl, here: http://www.maggin.nu/bibliography.php).

Read the Superman Adventures serries, especially the stuff by Mark Millar and Scott McCloud.

Read Superman: Strength by Scott McCloud, which has one of the top 3 scenes of all time to me.

But Its up to you to actually be familliar with a character who is responsible for virtually everything interesting about Sentry, you know, what with him being a complete and utter fourth rate imitation.

Cassandra, Black Lighting and Batman getting owned. New guy seems pretty beastly.

"They make me weaker." 😂
