Why does he purposefully write Thor as if he was plucked straight out of 500 BCE instead of being a highly evolved being from a superior race that's been alive for about 600,000 years?

I would be okay with it if this was just his portrayal of the character from the beginning, i.e. he's just a hack (See: Bendis) BUT he also wrote this issue:
https://readcomiconline.to/Comic/Thor-God-of-Thunder/Issue-12?id=2050

God of Thunder #12. So I KNOW he's doing it on purpose, which is just confusing. What's the point? I'm starting think there's an actual agenda here. Thor straight up sounds like a retard wrote his dialogue: Let's give the dinosaurs Mead. Wtf? How is that the same character from God of Thunder.

mhmm

Do yourselves a favor and read it boys. Good comics are rare in DC/Marvel now. 👆

What superior race?

Asgardians are garbage.

Just please, have Thor say "CAPTAIN CAAAAVEEEEEMAN!" Just once,

If you're gonna write him like this, go all the way.

It's like he reverted back to Viking age Unworthy Thor. Weird...

Fixed.

Yes, very odd. If you read the issue I posted, you could see a very distinct difference from Thor during the Viking Age, and current Thor. You can tell 4000 years passed and there's a reason he's considered the greatest God who's ever lived. He actually cares about people despite having every reason not to. mhmm

He should start wearing a loincloth and shit in a hole from now on. Maybe forget how to read and write.

I had no idea that was She-Hulk.

Seems like she's always Hulked out in every apparence of hers I've read. Even her named series.

Shit like that just shows how far the character has fallen.

I honestly think not enough writers know the difference between "fish out of water" and "retarded". With Thor, there's plenty of room to have him look at things that are normal to us, but as an outsider from his pov. You can even do it to great comedic effect. The people on the books, though... Eh...

Well, the Jen date looks like fan button pushing to me.

There's no way that was a legitimate attempt to write a character. No way. Surprised he didn't have Thor throw in an "Unga-Bunga".

Why does Jenn look Asian?

Not complaining, she looks great. But why?

Thor has always been like that.

Or you forget how he's not able to comprehend a single word from Captain America or how he used to kidnap hobos from the street because of his delusions?

The mental impairment has always been a part of the character.

I could try and defend him..

I think I'll just join in the laughter instead. 😆 👆

Yeah but... He's been around modern people for like a good number of years now.

Hell, he's even dated Jane. So him suddenly not knowing how to talk to a modern woman or how to date them is weird.

Maybe Immortal Hulk damaged him more than we thought.

Now that's a good explanation. Permanent brain damage. But should some concussion actually affect someone who can survive his liver turned to glass

I've never seen a writer turn on a character quite that bad before. Joking aside, everything Rage says about Thor is correct at every one of these little sessions... and that guy quotes Rihanna lines in legitimate posts.

Aaron is just doing this on purpose now. And I'm 90 percent sure he's seen dinosaurs before and interacted with them. Wasn't there something about him making them extinct?

When rage says 'superior race', he means it very personally.

Rage is absolutely furious right now.

I wonder how many coded death threats he's sent to Aaron hidden amongst Rihanna lyrics?

She Hulk and Jen are two different personalities. It's not that hard to understand
