Considering that it did damage Vulcan, it can be surmized that if the scream were more powerful it would have disintegrated Vulcan.
So not that far fetched, considering most of Vulcans tissue and bone were still intact even after the scream.
I guess it puts BB scream in perspective or Vulcan's absorption powers (but I doubt he absorbed the blast considering how it damaged him).

The words "rebuild myself" were used. Followed by Omega Level...it would seem DnA have turned him into an energy IceMan. I mean that last scream/explosion at the end should have killed him but we know some where done the line both Vulcan and Blackbolt will resurface.

Ice Man in astral form needs ice though, because he has no carbon based tissue left. Vulcan had most of his tissue left, it wasn't like he was disintegrated.

BB's voice is one of the most destructive forces in Marvel. I'm sure when he whispered he destroyed half a countryside (It was against Apocalypse IIRC) so a scream or shout which was what was directed at Vulcan should have wiped him out (along with the entire area that they were in at the time)
Just bugs me that Vulcan survived such an attack because the writer downplayed BB's power.

Not really. As I said, most of it was absorbed by the T-bomb, and we all saw what that did when it went off
