Nothing as exciting as we thought. Robin gets healed by the island, which is just one giant Lazarus pit, so the fighters don't have to hold back.

They made a mistake making the arc with absolute nobodies. A good old fashioned martial arts tourney with recognizable names would have been great.

Fun little comic. The various races of the universe hire the deadliest bounty hunter (Rocket and his sentient Groot gun) to take out Dr Spectrum. The Watcher's eyes have been put out, Rocket gets the Starbrand (which seems to be from the 616 U) and builds a gun capable of firing stars. Spectrum retaliates with a gun that fires the Cancerverse.

Hawkeye vs Green Arrow (Golden Archer), Sabes vs Hawkman (can't even be bothered to learn his name), Scarlet Witch vs Zatanna (Arcanna), Ant-Man vs the Atom (Tom Thumb):

Disappointing fight. Maestro tries to poison Doom, who foresaw it, lightning of 'a thousand storm' doesn't stop Maestro, who can steer his flight in air and is stronger than when he fought Doom (so presumably, Savage Hulk).

Interesting that Herc's insides are normal, though, lmao.

Forge builds his most devastating weapon ever, a black hole generator. Which unfortunately fails, and Nimrod is back:

Yeah, Doom is mighty. According to Doom, him and Superman are the two mightiest beings on Earth (see the 1st panel below).

He would wreck Superman with a simple spell though and that's WITH cis on.

Superman would wreck Doom with a simple fist to the face.

About as disappointing as the moment in "That time I was reincarnated as a slime" and you realize virtually every problem is quickly solved by the slime having absorbed exactly the thing the plot needs, and so ruins any tension they try to build up in the series because slime is a walking plot device.
