Unless Thor stomps him since he has an amp (and it's clear he isn't), it's still going to be a bad showing for him anyway you look at it.
My prediction is a double KO. Hear me out.
After it's made clear Thor cannot win a physical battle with only the strength of his arms and mjolnir's swings, he resorts to his random, rarely used hax like soul suck, energy drain or even time stop shenanigans, all of which will ultimately fail too as Hulk has shown resistances to all of the above.
Thor will be forced to charge up a massive Odin forced amped Godblast (which Hulk will arrogantly let him do ala Cell vs Vegeta).
The blast will be almost too much for Hulk, pushing him back, but he will grit through it and push through the blast to get to Thor, much to the latter's poetic dismay. As Hulk gets close enough he uses the last of his strength to deliver a Rocky 2 esque uppercut that takes them both out for a long count.
Result: double KO.
Optics: Hulk comes out looking better.
