Ikaris is also unharmed from that satellite blast.

Yeah he doesn’t seem to take much damage, Honestly curious to what Ironman could even do after that. That Satellite should be his biggest form of attack outside making some prep device.

That was a pretty awful showing from Stark considering Stark Satellites could originally take out Ultimo, someone who can no-sell attacks from classic Iron Man, classic Thor, and Extremis Iron Man. Ultimo is considerably more physically imposing than all the people mentioned so Extremis took them out with the Satellites, which were made from some cosmic alien tech Tony found. This was like the first showing from the Stark Satellites.

If those same Satellites failed to beat Ikaris, this is just another major L for modern Iron Man armors & tech smh. Not even surprised at this point, at least he's alright with Cantwell writing for him.

You're not wrong, it just makes them all look weak from the perspective that a high level super weapon in-universe can barely hurt someone who also was barely strong enough to move a town lol

Then again Ikaris could still do something more impressive later, I'm pretty sure Thor has also been hurt by rocks while simultaneously being written to do planetary feats. . . Comics are weird like that.

Thor is different. Thor's a scale from which a threat is measured. You one-shot Thor you're serious business. The thing the Eternals have going for them is they are unknowns so maybe Stark thought thought his satellite packed enough wallop to put him down. It's not like he was trying to kill him. He's not Hulk someone he's worked with for years. He's a hero but a hero in the other side of the equation. So it's my assumption he pulled his punch.
