This is why I hate the X-verse. It's fitting for b rate strongmen like Colossus, but Thor will simply look pathetic in it. The moment I knew he was appearing in this event and read the solicitations, I guessed he was going to be a useless sideline character whose only reason for being there would be to make the main event character -more than likely Hope was my original guess- more impressive.
I want the Claremont days back.

On a more serious note, what exactly has Hope done in terms of power outside of the dome breakage? I recall her curing Rogue, and she can either make up powers on a whim, absorb the powers of other mutants, or copy mutant powers based on this issue.
I'm fed up with all of these all powerful mutants. Especially all powerful female mutants. Had it up to here -head level- with them. At least the Scarlet Witch was bastardized by that hack Bendis. She was always a bit annoying to me though.

I really just DL'ed the comics and skimmed through them, well, the last one anyway.

He's a human, no powers, not even especially impressive physically (Joker is no blue chip physically) he's allowed a moment of weakness.
