And this is Cho. He literally destroyed a rampaging robot dragon with a well-placed pebble he tossed.

well in captain america #606 he was standing on a bike when it exploded broking some of his ribs and getting him a concussion. the charge on the bike was specific as not to kill him just incapacitate him.
