he was not powered up. you can ask it in the comic book questions section and get the same answer from others too. the power of the norn stones was gone and the prayer you mention is nothing. after all odin does not have any powers to grant upgrades

also If the stones power did disappear, then why dident Thor go back to his weaken state? Prior to Loki intervention Thor was pretty beat up and out of the fight, if infact his death ended the power, then why was Thor not brought back to his original state?

The only amp Thor received was from the Norn Stones. Loki's prayer, was just that, a prayer. Thor's done it plenty of times. There was no amp from Odin. I don't think I've ever seen anyone think there was.
Pretty beat up and out of the fight? Before even the Norn Stones, Thor was going toe to toe and holding his own against the Voided out Sentry. After the Norn Stone amp finished, Thor had gotten his second wind which is all he needed.
It was after Reynolds completely Voided out and attacked the heroes, that Loki used the Norn Stones.
It also should be noted that the "power up" was spread out even through the Initiative heroes by Loki. And it's also arguable that the U-Foes were being amped as the Hood was amping the Initative members when he had the Norn Stones -which the U-Foes were part of- as seen in the tie-in.
You really need to re-read Siege. Preferably twice. This shit is lulz worthy.
