That fourth scan further suggests that Rulk was using his energy absorption during his original fight with Thor. IRCC, right before the capturing by the Intellegicia, he stated he was storing energy from his fight with Thor so that should dispel any doubt.

I liked this comic.

the black hole was totally not an event of cosmic importance, he just showed up for just cosmic revenge
