Possibly.

Thor's mortal shell is far more durable than a regular human. Even resistant to matter manipulation apparently. It's because Thor's essence influences Donald Blake. Over the years Donald Blake had grown larger, taller, and even had his limp healed. Now that their switching places as two different beings, I'm not sure how great the influence is.

Nah. Hulk still via combo to ko. Easy.

No spark will show itself there.

I don't think it's outside the possibility that Thor fell to Earth... and then afterwards reverted to Donald Blake, having already fallen. Makes more sense to me anyway.

That's what I thought as well, I mean I figured it was just obvious...who could possibly think D. Blake himself survived re-entry?

hmm.. vampire bites and werewolf attacks... interesting to note.

supernatural

Thor's mortal form has survived attacks from the Destroyer, matter manipulation etc. Beta Ray Bill's mortal form survived re-entry.

Donald Blake surviving re-entry isn't far fetched. Just saying.
