Yeah, I pretty much knew that... especially with Sentry flying in the background (and that scan happened "after" Sentrys death). Its still amazing wha Marvel thinks about Hulk.. it taking that much fire power to take him down.

I wasn't expecting a response for that post but idm... as for your post, Marvel writers thought enough of him as a threat that they basically gathered EVERY hero on the planet to face the Hulk... they didn't think that a single character could take him.

That's the beauty of it. Its not what happened during the fight, its the amount of power they put in that comic to deal with the Hulk.

That's not indicative of "what they think" at all, considering how he was taken down.

They didn't beat him... they used "prep" to beat him. That fight probably would still be going on if they didn't prep for it.
