No, the issue wasn't published after Siege #4. It was actually released a year before that. Not that it matters when discussing the canoncity of the issue, seeing as it could just be telling a story from pre-Heroic Age/FI. It ain't though. It's a separate universe.

Current Wolverine/Herc mini takes place way before Psylocke mini that got released a year and half ago or something like that.

I love how much better Wolverine looks in the fights with Spidey villains than Parker himself.

Would like to see him tangle with them more often.

Nevermind that he already has several broken bones from falling from a skyscrapper, been saving people non-stop for few days and his mind is completely f@#ked because of the fear effect.😬 Characters tend to do better against other character's villains. Deadpool has a better trackrecord aginst Sabertoot than Logan, so what?
