I agree.

That happened, too. Either Thor was wrong on how much damage he did or Hulk just healed that fast/had crazy damage soak. Because we know he got up with a smile on his face and sent Thor flying.Millar's Ultimates was a great, great series.
Millar's Thor had some type of hightened awareness. He knew Banner's thoughts, intimate moments and dreams IIRC so I'm guessing he knew what he was talking about. Comes with being a God I guess. Hulk was just a fast healer.
I enjoyed Millar's treatment of the Asgardians. They existed on a higher level of existence and Loki was basically a reality warper but was still noticeably beneath Odin. Thor didn't come off as on that level in terms of power -he was still clearly the heavy hitter of the Ultimate Universe in terms of raw power- which was confusing at first but thankfully it was revealed his powers weren't innate and were result of the equipment due to outside circumstances. Under Hickman, it was revealed that he was reborn as just a man while Loki who was not present for Ragnarok was still a God.
Originally posted by Parmaniaclol I own the game too. But I knew what im buying and since its a Spider-man game I just had to. Besides they let you play as Venom. Its the double jump and lack of Spider-powers that bothered me. Have you played web of shadows? An ok game but also not what id expect from SM game. SM2 for PS2 now that was the best Spider-man game. Huge city to exploit, great web-swinging system. And all Spider powers you could think of.
You know the problem is I once bought the Ultimate Spider-man game without knowing it was a different universe I just thought "ultimate" was just a word to give the game a unique name and not just call it Spider-man after playing it I was totally annoyed that nothing was like it used to be in 616. Venom being a suit made to cure cancer, Rhino is a skinny guy in a robot suit and Green Goblin looked like the demon from DC (actually cool but still not how I knew him) all this ruined the game for me and directly lead me to hate the ultimate unniverse.

Now that you mention it, I think I remember... when Fury and Banner came to Thor to ask him if he would join the Ultimates, Thor said something to Banner right? Something about Betty, I believe, that he couldn't have possibly known without a godly awareness.

Spiderman 1 (released in 2000) is the best. Gargan and Rhino are in it. And your Brock 😛

Unfortunately most Spider-man games suffered too much from these problems for me.

Yeah he's greater but being around 2 tons shouldn't realistically be enough against Ult Hulk who has survived frigging Nukes and lifted objects that are close to 80 tons or more.
IIRC current Ultimate Cap got weaker anyways. And show him lifting some very small weights. Nerd Hulk was making fun of him in fact.
