Character Ownage

I'm kind of confused about the whole issue in general lol

Zatanna beats a succubus thing who has control of Zachary by tricking it into trying to use powers on flesh and overloading the two of them.

But... I distinctly remember Zatanna flaying the flesh from Lobo's bones without any magical backfiring. And healing not only her own wounds, but others. And transforming people into... whatever. I kind of wish Dini wasn't put on this project.

Zatanna doesn't break the fourth wall. She-Hulk is infinitely more hilarious to me, even though Zatanna is one of my favorite characters. Haven't picked up any PG.

Breaking the 4th wall is when a character talks directly to the audience or shows an awareness that they are in a comic.

I don't read manga, no. Eastern story telling has always seemed somewhat contrived to me as far as characters are concerned.
